SOFTWARE PURCHASE PRICE

Purchase Price includes:
Patient Management, Electronic Billing and EMR / SOAP Note Software

Free Training via the internet or at our Michigan location

TECHNICAL SUPPORT INCLUDING PROGRAM UPDATES
$75 per month (plus $10 per month for each additional work station)

$720 per year (plus $80 per year for each additional work station)
You'll save $180 per year with our annual plan.

PAYMENT PLAN
Purchase using our payment plan:
Pay in 3 consecutive monthly payments
$999 1st month
$1,000 2nd month
$1,000 3rd month

LEASE PRICE
$549 initial setup charge plus one of the following:

4 year lease: $125 per month for forty-eight (48) months
3 year lease: $135 per month for thirty-six (36) months
2 year lease: $160 per month for twenty-four (24) months

An additional $15 per month will be added for each additional workstation. Our lease prices
include FREE training at our location in Michigan plus program updates and continuous 
Technical Support throughout the lease agreement.

TRAINING AT YOUR LOCATION
Purchasers: Cost of Travel Expense plus an additional $500
Leasers: Cost of Travel Expenses plus an additional $600
