Print standard appointment schedule, detailed appointment schedule, missed appointment or patients without appointments schedules. Appointment schedules can also be viewed on the screen. Produce a list of active patients that do not have any appointments scheduled. Run a mail-merge from any of these listings to produce letters or postcards for appointment reminder notices and missed appointment notices. Email appointment reminders, missed appointment notices, chiropractic care reminders, statements and care plan schedules to patients.

Generate patient listing, address listing, telephone listing, email listing, claim listing, patient tracking, visit tracking, labels, Avery 5160, File Folder or Travel Card labels, referral lists and birthday list by selecting from a wide, wide range of search options. Patient information can be merged into documents to add a personal touch by using a word processor of your choice (such as Microsoft Word 2000). Set reminders, keep track important tasks and track referrals.
Print a list of transactions for a specific procedure, date range, and/or doctor. Other report options include a payment / procedure code cross totals report.
Delete and print a report of paid transactions that are no longer needed in the system.
